We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Services Assistant.
This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
As an Admin Services Assistant, you will ensure the smooth and timely process of all administrative requirements through detail-orientedness and effective organizational skills, and exhibit effective people skills in handling all administrative concerns of members.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office.
Resolve and handle concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Order and maintain supplies and equipment.
Update and maintain monitoring and dashboards, and prepare and edit reports and presentations.
Liaise with internal clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and maintain confidentiality.
Additionally, a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and effective communication are essential for addressing concerns.
You should also be willing to be assigned in Carmona Cavite.
