TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with Spanish clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok.Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.The Brand Partnerships Vertical Lead will manage a team for the Auto, Finance, Travel and Energy Verticals.Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTokLead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutionsHelp deepen penetration in the verticalsBe instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the marketCollaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationshipsAnalyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimized media solutionsLeadership:Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnership team in the regionWork with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategyPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposalsResponsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organizational change and performance managementMinimum Qualifications:Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goalsPeople management experience.Specifically, sales teamsExperience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetization experience is a plusExcellent verbal and written English and SpanishPreferred qualifications:Experience analyzing campaign data and delivering recommendationsSelf-starter, fast learner with a start-up spiritAPPLY HERE
