Senior Customer Knowledge & Insights ManagerSomething Extraordinary Every Day™ As Senior Customer Knowledge & Insights manager you will own customer reporting, insight and data storytelling.
With a strong focus on retention, footfall and SPV you will drive a new approach to how we bring to life insights at both Spanish Villages.
What you will be doing Set up a new centre of excellence in knowledge, insight, data & analysis Own & drive the insight strategy and execution Responsible for developing reporting on the key metrics that drive the with a focus on the 'what', 'so what' and 'now what' Explore innovative opportunities within knowledge, insight and data Partner with the Head of Guest Knowledge and Engagement to implement, test and iterate insight led Membership What makes you special Every colleague is an entrepreneur at heart and this drives our organisational culture, which values invention, innovation and risk taking.
