As a Senior Guest Knowledge Insights Manager at Bicester Village, you will be responsible for driving a new approach to customer insights and data storytelling. With a strong focus on retention, footfall, and customer value, you will own and execute the insight strategy, developing reporting on key metrics that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a centre of excellence in knowledge, insight, and data analysis
  • Develop and execute the insight strategy, leveraging data and business intelligence tools
  • Partner with the Head of Guest Knowledge and Engagement to implement and iterate insight-led membership initiatives
  • Explore innovative opportunities in knowledge, insight, and data
