Senior Guest Knowledge Insights Manager

- As Senior Customer Knowledge & Insights manager you will own customer reporting, insight and data storytelling. With a strong focus on retention, footfall and SPV you will drive a new approach to how we bring to life insights at both Spanish Villages.**What you will be doing**
- Set up a new centre of excellence in knowledge, insight, data & analysis
- Own & drive the insight strategy and execution
- Responsible for developing reporting on the key metrics that drive the with a focus on the ‘what’, ‘so what’ and ‘now what’
- Explore innovative opportunities within knowledge, insight and data
- Partner with the Head of Guest Knowledge and Engagement to implement, test and iterate insight led Membership

- Experience using data and BI tools such as PowerBI as well as substantial experience with Microsoft Excel
