Vi på Recruitas arbetar med ett ledande Outsourcingföretag som vill rekrytera svensk- och norsktalande resebokningsagenter till sitt kontor i Benalmádena. Befattning: Resebokningsagent (svensk eller norsk) Plats: Benalmádena, Málaga, Spanien Anställningsform: Heltid Ersättning: Grundlön + bonus. Ansvar: Hantera kundförfrågningar och ge support vid reserelaterade frågorGör flygbokningar och ändra befintliga bokningar med AmadeusVerifiera biljettregler och bestämmelser angående avbokningar och ändringarErbjuda snabb, pålitlig och korrekt information till kunderna, upprätthålla effektiv kommunikation och säkerställa snabb lösning av kundsamtal samtidigt som du levererar högkvalitativ supportLogga alla interaktioner korrekt med hjälp av kundens kontakthanteringssystemAnpassa supportmetoden för att tillgodose kunder med olika erfarenhetsnivåerInformera kunder om supportalternativ och åtgärder som vidtagits för att lösa deras problemUpprätthålla en positiv kommunikation med teammedlemmar, kunder och partnersEskalera frågor till lämplig avdelning enligt kundens rutiner.
