La División de Marketing, Marca y Relación con el Cliente es responsable del marketing y las comunicaciones de marca de nuestras empresas. También llevan a cabo investigaciones para ayudar a identificar tendencias y entender cómo podemos estar más cerca de nuestros clientes.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

Desarrollar y coordinar, en entorno internacional, la implementación de mediciones de Customer Experience, Marca, tendencias y otras, en los diferentes países y áreas de Grupo Santander.

Mediante metodologías de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa, generar conocimiento que ayude a potenciar el negocio:

Recopilar, cotejar, analizar e interpretar información sobre clientes y no clientes, y su relación con la promesa de marca y el negocio.

Desarrollar proyectos de medición de la voz del cliente y otros research en clientes y no clientes, e inferencia estadística.

Análisis estadístico, tratamiento de datos, extracción de insights, explicación de tendencias, extracción de patrones e información para convertirlos en insights de valor para el Banco a nivel global.

Consolidar y desarrollar diagnósticos de dicha información a nivel Grupo para el reporte y transmisión en los foros de toma de decisión y la alta dirección.

QUÉ BUSCAMOS

Experiencia mínima de años en evaluación de marca y experiencia de clientes.

Experiencia en investigación de mercado: conocimiento de técnicas, metodologías avanzadas de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa.

Capacidad analítica, con alto nivel de precisión en el ámbito del análisis estadístico, tratamiento de datos, extracción de insights, explicación de tendencias, extracción de patrones e información.

Convertir los datos en insights de valor para el Grupo, y planteamiento de accionables con impacto.

Capacidad de recopilar, cotejar, analizar e interpretar información sobre mercados potenciales, marca, reputación, experiencia y necesidades de los clientes, hábitos del consumidor, etc.

Experiencia en reporting, definición y gestión de dashboards.

Experiencia en preparación de presentaciones ejecutivas.

Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés, para coordinación y participación en contexto multi-país.

Capacidad de interlocución con diferentes países, culturas e idiomas.

SE VALORARÁ:

Conocimiento de SPSS, Python, R, Qliksense, Tableau, PowerBI.

Comprensión de la necesidad e importancia de detalle y la precisión.

Proactividad.

Maximizar dinámicas de trabajo colaborativas.

Capacidad de organizar y planificar recursos en la gestión de proyectos globales.
