**PAGONXT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS (PNMS) is looking for a Product Manager for Working capital and Cross border FX products, within the Product Team, based in Madrid.**

PagoNxt has the aim to consolidate payment businesses around the world through a differential value proposal in a business with great potential, creating the conditions and synergies to compete globally with the major international players in the sector.

Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Nowadays, Getnet is the second largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay) and we already operate in Spain and Portugal.

To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers. In order to define and build this products, services catalogue and customer journeys, we aim to attract best possible talent.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As Product Manager for **Working capital and Cross border FX products**, reporting to the Product team in the HQ, in close cooperation with PagoNxt Merchant Solutions local teams and Getnet, you will be responsible for the development and management of our Working capital products and Cross-border FX payments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, marketing, and design to define the strategy and product requirements, create product roadmaps, and drive product development.

As a Product Manager in the Product division working on the Value-added services team, you will join a dynamic team of Product Managers that deliver everything from large-scale technology solutions to small optimizations. The team is responsible for developing product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming to ensure successful delivery of new products and features. In this role you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch.

The person who holds the position of Product Manager for Working capital and Cross border FX products will be responsible for
- Understand the Working capital industry trends and regulations globally and locally, and proactively identify potential opportunity on the company's products across different markets.
- Define the path to be competitive in markets with our Working capital and cross border FX products and build value added service over.
- Enable Working capital and cross border FX products in our physical and digital channels.
- Act as a Product Manager with the following responsibilities:

- Product Vision and Strategy:

- Define and communicate a clear vision for the Working capital and cross border FX
- Develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research together with the design team to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
- Business Case definition:

- Collaborate with finance, GTM, T&O and sales teams to build robust business cases for the FX products.
- Analyze market potential, revenue projections, and cost structures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders including partners, customers and internal teams.
- Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

- Work closely with stakeholders to build the MVP, gather requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and resource availability.
- Product Development:

- Collaborate with T&O teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics together with the PO balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions.
- Manage third party solutions and partners where applicable to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:

- Work closely with the GTM team to develop launch plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Performance Monitoring and Iteration:

- Monitor product performance metrics, product P&L, user adoption and customer satisfaction using data analytics and user feedback.
- Iterate on features based on insights, users' feedback and continuous improvement.
