We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.What we offer you:Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:30, Friday 09:00 to 18:00Salary 19,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonusGreat office location in MalagaFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesWhat you'll experience with us:Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunitiesEnsure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, including activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintainedParticipate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.
)Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by clientOffer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotelsAssist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when requiredWork on external lists when required on other platforms as providedWe'll be a great match if you:Are native or proficient in German and EnglishHave great organization and communication skillsHave a positive work attitudeHave experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Have a sales backgroundIt would be a plus if you have:Hospitality backgroundExperience in using CRMsWe are dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can learn and develop themselves professionally.
