We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Issue Management:
PM (Project Coordinator) Scope:
Responsible for managing this project at respective locations.
Gather information and understanding of the client environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
Planning and monitoring project efforts/tasks.
Managing the required deliverables.
Preparing and maintaining project plan, and other project status documentation as required.
Governance of the various security initiatives and regular cadence with the onsemi team and Sr. Program Manager to align priorities, and sequence of implementation.
Manage site engineers and day-to-day tasks for installation completion.
Highlight any risks and roadblocks.
Good understanding of infrastructure, some security, and experience with IT projects. Provide detailed documentation. This means the PM resource needs to have an understanding of IT and the ability to ask questions. Coordinating efforts on the ground as needed (endpoint, segmentation).
No need to perform "technical operations."
Project coordinator to have experience with managing technical IT projects and stakeholders. Emphasis will be placed on key objectives below with oversight by a Sr. Level PM; therefore, technical experience is important.
The key objectives are to address the critical gaps listed below:
Endpoint remediation.
USB protections.
Backup and Restore.
Segmentation.
Remote access.
