Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As a **Senior HR Compensation **, your main responsibilities will include:- Define and execute the variable compensation model for Sales profiles.- Coordination Bonus process with Santander ´s Head Quarters team.- Define and execute retention incentives for employees.- Monitor the systems and quarterly follow-up of the achievement of the Sales profiles objectives and coordination with the Finance team.- Perform analysis and reporting on the Equal pay and Gender Gap situation within the company.- Elaboration of annual budget, reporting and HR Analytics.- Prepare information requiered for Audits.- Participation in HR projects and interaction with multidisciplinary teams.**EXPERIENCE**- 5+ years of experience in Compensation and HR Analytics.- Project and process management experience is a plus.**EDUCATION**Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Sciences preferred.**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**- Experience in HR Analytics- Knowledge of tools / techniques to collect, process and analyze information. Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI.- Desirable knowledge in Workday and Salesforce- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in the execution of processes.- Operational Efficiency: ability to design, implement and maintain automated systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency.- The position requires advanced level of English. Verbal fluency as it is necessary to communicate with countries in English.**Idiomas**:- Spanish
