.Lo que buscamos es...Buscamos un Marketing Automation Specialist con al menos 3 años de experiencia en Salesforce Marketing Cloud para uno de nuestros principales clientes. Queremos incorporar un perfil que sea capaz de entender los modelos de datos de clientes a nivel CRM (Salesforce), diseñar, automatizar y ejecutar journeys (Journey Builder) así como analizar resultados y proponer insights enfocados a la mejora de los objetivos de negocio planteados: conversión, engagement, digitalización o fidelización.Y en concreto, esto es lo que harás:Analizar la data y el perfilado de clientes dentro del CRM para identificar las audiencias idóneas para cada journey.Diseñar de los principales journeys de contacto con el clienteAutomatizar y ejecutar de cada journey, planteando comunicaciones A/B para mejorar la tasa de apertura.Diseñar los contenidos de los mensajes y comunicaciones, aplicando técnicas de AB Testing y CRO para incrementar el CTR %.Realizar la propuesta de acciones NBA o NBO por tipología de audienciasMonitorizar continuamente los resultados y elaboración de informes.Coordinar los equipos de negocio, tecnología y CRO para ofrecer experiencias unificadas entre las comunicaciones y la navegación web.Realizar las auditorías periódicas del modelo de datos de cliente en Salesforce y de journeys existentes, generando propuestas de mejora.Optimizar audiencias con integración de otras plataformas como Google Analytics.Generar insights de mejora, dando pie a acciones de mejora de cada journey.Para eso, necesitamos que tengas experiencia en...El manejo de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Lenguajes de programación (web): manejarse con HTML, CSS y Javascript.Manejo de APIs y bases de datos SQL.Automatización de procesos.Y sería genial que también supieras...Trabajar con Einstein para el lanzamiento de journeys con Salesforce Marketing Cloud.En Garaje nos gustan las personas que...Se enorgullecen de su trabajo, dan lo mejor de sí mismas, se divierten siempre, son valientes y se arriesgan, aprenden de los errores y aman lo que hacen.Nuestra actitud se define por la pasión con la que nos involucramos en nuestros proyectos, la empatía y cercanía que mostramos hacia nuestros clientes, y nuestra ambición de ir más allá de lo correcto.En Garaje...Somos | No somos:?
