We are looking for a confident Revenue Manager who will thrive in a dynamically changing environment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with the head of distribution and revenue management to onboard new properties and update the existing portfolio across distribution channels.Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies for existing and new markets across online and offline distribution channels.Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and research to inform pricing decisions.Provide data-driven pricing recommendations for new properties and promotions.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify pricing opportunities and risks.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.Data extraction, blending, report creation, and analysis to support pricing and revenue management decisions.Perform rate and restriction loading through PMS and Revenue Management systems.Assist in the design and creation of Revenue Management dashboards and cross-system analysis.Regularly review and optimize pricing based on demand patterns, competitor activity, and market conditions.Depending on the seasonality as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved with other projects.
