We work in a passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic and energetic fast-growing environment.Your role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team and lead our pricing and revenue management initiatives for our growing portfolio of short-term rental apartments. This role is key in crafting and executing revenue strategies that maximize profitability, align with market trends, and drive sustainable growth in the vacation rental market.Your Journey Develop and Execute Pricing Strategies: Create and implement revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices specifically tailored to short-term rental apartments.Demand Analysis and Forecasting: Monitor and forecast market demand to ensure optimal availability and pricing year-round.Dynamic Forecasting: Provide periodic rolling forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.Demand Calendar Management: Design and maintain a 12-month rolling demand calendar, ensuring alignment with market conditions and business objectives.Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and identify new revenue opportunities for the apartment portfolio.Revenue Optimization Tools: Leverage analytical and pricing tools to maximize revenues, profitability, and market competitiveness.Distribution Channel Optimization: Optimize the use of online and offline distribution channels to increase visibility and accessibility of apartments in the global market.For us, every day is filled with purpose.What do you bring to your trip Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Revenue Management, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree is a strong plus.Industry Expertise: Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on short-term rental apartments or the vacation rental market
