The Revenue Systems Trainee will be responsible for the implementationand the accuracy of the hotel revenue strategy across the key Revenue relatedsystems including CRS, PMS, S&C, IDeaS G3, 3rd party partner plus anyadd-ons or related systems. The scope includes supporting the Revenue Team ondaily rates and contracted rate implementation, room availability and inventoryallocations across all distribution streams. In addition, the Revenue SystemsCoordinator will perform regular audit across systems to ensure systemaccuracy. The Revenue Systems Trainee will work with the Revenue Team to driveTotal Profitable Revenue, focusing on the right price at the right time for theright business via the right channel at the right cost mantra.Key Responsibilities :Pricing & YieldManagement : Ensure RMS / Revenue Manager pricing recommendations and decision areimplemented across channels / systems (restriction, overbooking, allotment,pricing changes, rate parity, etc ). 25%Channel Maintenance :Open / Close, adjust free-sale FIT / Wholesaler rates and availability via channelmanager (or operator's extranets), maintain and update the channel manageraccordingly (when applicable). 25%Rate Management : Loadnew rate requests (as per SLA) including, but not limited to corporatenegotiated rate, FIT / Wholesaler, group rate, pricing structure, room types, 3rdparty partners rollout, loyalty offers, promotional activities, etc 25%CRS Auditing : EnsureCRS accuracy thought audit. 15%Support theimplementation of key Revenue Optimization related projects including, but notlimited to, new pricing model, room types, EMMA, etc... 10%A successful Trainee :Is fluent inEnglish both written and spoken, another European language is a plus.Good communicationand social skillsGood team playerTrustworthyWell organized withan eye for detailFlexible andco-operativeExcellent MicrosoftOffice skillsHas a moderndigital mind-setIs self-driven and canthink outside and inside the box.Requirements : Education :Education :currently studying bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or businessadministrationBeing eligible tosign an internship agreement with a School / universityLanguage skills :Fluent in English both written and spoken, another European language is aplus#J-18808-Ljbffr
