David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking a Business Developer  for their Barcelona office.
Position: Business Developer  Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop a steady stream of sales opportunities for Field Sales Representatives Identify and qualify key decision-makers and potential clients within target companies Generate leads by qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, tracking appointments, and presenting products and solutions Identify and manage sales leads throughout the sales process Effectively execute telemarketing campaigns tailored to specific segments and ensure long-term success   REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication Strong understanding of IT, with a preference for experience in storage environments In-depth knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques Experience in outbound sales or similar sales roles.
