The Alpega Group is looking for a Field Marketing Manager Iberia.
This role will be part of the marketing team.
WHO ARE WEThe Alpega Group is a fast-growing, leading software company that offers modular solutions to manage transportation end-to-end and enable our customers to achieve greener transportation processes, with 35+ years in the business.Find more about our clients and services here: ABOUT THE ROLEThe Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the demand generation in Iberia and will select and roll out local marketing actions aligned with the regional sales strategies.
This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team to select optimal strategies for increased visibility in the market.
Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute regional events such as trade shows, webinars and training sessions, overseeing a comprehensive strategy before and after each event to maximize impact.Mixing an end-to-end ownership of the events alongside the strategic and ROI focus of the activations.
Community Building Detect, plan, and execute actions where the activation, nurturing and growth of the community is the focus.
Brand Presence: Ensure a strong and consistent presence of our brands in the Iberian market using a diverse range of tactics, ranging from events, trade shows, 3d party media, and partnerships.
Localization: Translate overarching European campaigns into highly effective localized campaigns tailored to the unique nuances of the French market.
Customer Success Stories: Take charge of developing engaging customer success stories by conducting interviews with clients, showcasing the positive impact of our solutions Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales teams to gain a deep understanding of regional dynamics, identify opportunities, and ensure that marketing efforts are finely tuned to support and enhance sales objectives.
Partnership Management Continuous collaboration with associations and enterprises from the Logistics and Supply Chain sector.
Work closely with them to build strong communities within the industry in the specific regions of action.
