At Factorial we're looking for a new Field Marketing Manager for the French Market to help us boost the company to the next level.
The Role We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support the growth of Factorial in France to develop and execute Field Marketing programs and tradeshows to generate quality pipeline. This person will collaborate closely with the regional sales leader, sales and SDRs teams, as well as the extended marketing team to ensure successful programs building, rollout and follow up.
The Marketing Team is the main acquisition channel for Factorial since our foundation. The ideal candidate has a revenue-driven mindset and has experience developing qualified leads generation and cross-channel strategies, measuring and reporting on success, working with the right tools and technology to better analyze and optimize our efforts to generate pipeline.
This position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the skills necessary to build the long-term vision for demand generation as well as the day-to-day operations of creating, updating and running multiple campaigns with a keen eye towards demand KPIs.
What will you be doing: Design the marketing plan for the France Market in alignment with the global company strategy and objectives.Adapt the global marketing strategies to your local specifics and build strategic territory plans with the regional sales priorities and targets.Plan and execute field marketing offline and online events sponsored or created by FactorialWork with the Marketing team, Sales Team and Partner team to create and roll out integrated campaigns (customized emails, webinars, Ads, Account-Based Marketing campaigns) in the region with responsibility for the ROI of such campaignsWork with industry experts and influencers in the region to educate them on the HR economy and to leverage their network at events, webinars and other activities.Localize or create relevant marketing assets for the region (reports, brochures, web pages, branding assets…),Work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager as a local contact point to support regional activitiesEnsure proper handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated in the region to the Sales Development RepresentativesIn charge of the reporting for all regional marketing activities on key demand KPIs, pipeline generation and identify key challenges and priorities. Your Profile You are a proficient in French & fluent English or Spanish (both written and spoken). Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldYou have 3-4+ years of experience of relevant work experience in field marketing and/or demand generation, preferably in a high tech environmentDemonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlinesStrong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)Familiarity of working closely with differents teams on overall strategy, goals and follow-up motions for field marketing initiativesYou are organized, you know to prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlinesYou are familiar with with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot and/or SalesforceYou are strategic and analytical - experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions Perks of being part of our team??
