All of them provide a hub for shippers, logistics operators and transport companies seeking greater efficiency and collaboration in the supply chain.

**CargoON**, part of the Trans.eu Group, is an innovative freight digital platform designed for shippers and distribution companies who want to save on logistics costs and gain control over the supply chain through digitalisation and collaboration between all stakeholders. Through the combination of its various modules, it enables optimised load allocation, access to more transport capacity, real-time visibility of the transport execution and efficient dock management.

**We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant for the French market to join our new brand team based in Barcelona.**

You are eligible for the position whether you live in **Barcelona or France **(Paris and metropolitan area).

**In collaboration with the Marketing Manager for the Southern Europe, you will be responsible for**:

- Support marketing manager in defining the go to market strategy for the local market
- Participate in the organization of different projects and take end-to-end responsibility from the the tasks assigned focusing on delivering results
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Content creation support and task management with other stakeholders implied on the delivering (digital marketing manager, designer
- Assist in the project management of events and logistics and take responsibility for the communications plan
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and schedule content across various social media platforms and monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
- Assist in writing and editing marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases
- PR management including reporting and clipping
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Manage third-party campaigns in concordance of the approved plan, coordinating design tasks and owning final art delivering, performance and invoicing

**What will you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant and communications b2b
- French native speaker
- English language skills of min. B2
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French for different supports and purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Availability for traveling sporadically when needed for events production
