Tasks
We're looking for a Head of Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a consumer-facing startup. This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing, mobile marketing nuances, and the ability to manage substantial marketing budgets effectively.
**Your Mission**:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing
strategy that encompasses user acquisition, paid traffic, referral programs, press relations campaigns, CRM, and social media initiatives.
- Data driven decision making: Utilize analytics and data to guide strategy, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Building and Management: Build, lead, and inspire a marketing team capable of executing ambitious marketing strategies and adapting to a fast-paced growth environment.
- Market Expertise: Bring an in-depth understanding of the French market, with native proficiency in French and the capability to lead marketing efforts across multiple markets simultaneously.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage significant marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive user growth.

- Strong academic background, preferably from a top business school.
- Native French speaker with excellent command of English, capable of strategizing and executing marketing campaigns in multiple markets.
