DESCRIPTIONAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed SMB Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute EMEA South Marketing for the SMB segment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing programs for the SMB business segment, accelerating awareness and adoption of AWS's cloud computing platform, services and solutions through a proactive, data-driven approach.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.Key job responsibilitiesOversee and execute all aspects of the South (Spain, Italy and Portugal) SMB Marketing Plan (e.g.
corp events and trade shows, digital campaigns, social media, virtual events, email, AWS owned and operated channels, among others), including managing external vendors and agencies, allocating budget, developing programs and extend EMEA and Global initiatives.Create reports and business review documents, including business health, KPI status and on-going analysis of results aimed to optimize programs and share insights and learnings across the entire customer journey.Partner closely with the EMEA and SMB Partner Marketing team to drive global and regional campaigns in Southern Europe.Foster the culture of marketing innovation, built on data to measure and understand customer success.Be an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong analytic, and quantitative skills.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in professional non-internship marketingExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionAbility to juggle multiple priorities, roll up your sleeves and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programsExperience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.)
for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generationFluency in Spanish or Italian and English is mandatory.
