Desde RightHand , compañía especializada en atracción del talento digital y contratación, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un Customer Success Manager en Madrid con nuestro cliente, plataforma tecnológica especializada en campañas publicitarias digitales fuera del hogar (DOOH).
Buscamos un Customer Success Manager con talento para acelerar el uso de la Demand-Side Platform por parte de agencias y marcas.
Responsabilidades : • Gestionar una cartera internacional de clientes de agencias de medios y trading desks.
• Organizar sesiones de formación y reuniones periódicas con los gestores de cuentas de las agencias para impulsar y generar el mayor número posible de briefs.
• Ser el contacto preferido de las agencias y tener una gran capacidad de respuesta a sus peticiones.
• Ayudar a las agencias a promover el DOOH programático entre sus clientes.
• Crear recomendaciones de planes de medios: • Ser una fuerza impulsora en el desarrollo del plan de medios que mejor se adapte al público objetivo del cliente.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades con clientes existentes para acelerar el negocio y nuestra red.
• Estructurar casos de uso sencillos y elaborar las mejores recomendaciones estratégicas para los medios, la creatividad y la medición.
• Mantener un pipeline recurrente de campañas en nuestro DSP.
• Gestionar o supervisar campañas, anticipar e identificar posibles obstáculos de difusión.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo técnico para mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción.
Requisitos : • Hablar español como lengua materna y dominar el inglés, el francés es un plus.
• Profundo conocimiento del entorno de los medios de comunicación, con varias experiencias exitosas en agencias de publicidad o intercambios (DSP/SSP).
• La programática no tiene secretos para ti; el conocimiento de DOOH sería un plus.
• Tener especial afinidad por los sistemas de medios complejos, pero hacerlos fáciles de entender.
• Encontrar la mejor solución para tu cliente.
• Tener capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y ser riguroso y organizado.
