¿A quién buscamos?
A un/a Customer Success Manager con muchas ganas de entrar a formar parte de una compañía lider y en pleno crecimiento.
Objetivo
Aumentar de forma proactiva la satisfacción y la lealtad del cliente, asegurando que las interacciones satisfagan las necesidades del cliente y administrando el ciclo de vida del cliente.
Tus principales funciones serán:
- Liderar la planificación y ejecución del Customer Journey en los países en los que se comercializa SherlockHR.
- Trabajar en equipo con los responsables de Customer Success en los países donde se comercializa la plataforma para asegurar la máxima satisfacción del cliente en el uso de la solución.
- Elaborar informes semanales con las métricas de uso de la plataforma y los KPIs de nuestros clientes.
- Organizar y llevar a cabo Focus Group y encuestas con aquellos clientes que pueden ser estratégicos para la definición del Roadmap.
- Entender y recoger todos los insights y feedbacks aportados por los clientes y presentarlo mensualmente al equipo de Producto, con el objetivo de que nuestra solución siga evolucionando y sea siempre la opción más intuitiva y ágil para nuestros usuarios.
- Llevar a cabo el follow up de todas las inquietudes que pueden surgir a los clientes en el uso de SherlockHR. Asegurarse que se da siempre una respuesta rápida y clara.
Eres las persona que buscamos, sí:
- Experiência demostrable de 3 años o más en atención al cliente o experiência como representante del servicio de atención al cliente en un modelo de negocio B2B.
- Persona con fuertes habilidades de organización y presentación.
- Experiência en la implementación de soluciones SaaS o haber trabajado en el mundo de atracción y selección de personas.
- Trayectoria contrastada en superar cuotas de renovación o ventas.
- Familiaridad con sistema y prácticas de gestión de las relaciones con los clientes (CRM etc.).
- Capacidad para trabajar independientemente.
- Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas a la vez, priorizar, adaptarse con flexibilidad y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de síntesis.
- Título universitario.
- Nível Intermedio-alto de inglés.
