On-Trade channel experience is a plus.Negotiation skills: excellent communication, persuasion, and social skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.Commercial proficiency: understanding customer's business and needs, spotting business opportunities and redefining these opportunities into actual results, and growing long-term customer relationships.Analytical mentality: you are comfortable working with numbers to drive insights and are excellent at making data-driven decisions.Seniority: you will have to make business decisions independently, be results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
