En el equipo de Growth estamos buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como Marketplace Growth Analyst.
Misión del puesto: Desde el equipo de Growth somos responsables de habilitar el crecimiento del negocio.
Para conseguirlo, 1) monitoreamos los indicadores claves, 2) detectamos oportunidades de optimización de la operación y 3) implementamos las estrategias necesarias para la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía.
Para esta posición buscamos a una persona con un profundo conocimiento analítico y con una gran visión estratégica de negocio; que nos ayude al correcto mantenimiento de la operación, así como del cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos.
En específico, se trata de la operación y de la estrategia del Marketplace, lo que está relacionado con la definición de precios, la configuración de asignaciones de ofertas a coches, así como todas aquellas otras técnicas que ayudan a generar un mayor valor en el Marketplace, tanto para pasajeros como para conductores.

Encontrando oportunidades para maximizar el valor en el Marketplace, tanto para pasajeros como para conductores; y tanto en el corto como en el largo plazo.
Asegurando que esas oportunidades halladas por ti en el Marketplace están vinculadas a los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
Teniendo la capacidad analítica y técnica para poder dar con esas oportunidades de forma ágil y certera.
Poder trasladar correctamente las oportunidades identificadas a todos los stakeholders, asegurando una correcta implementación.
Capacidad analítica: es estructurada, orientada al detalle, y proactiva.
Capacidad de negocio: sabe alinear la técnica con los resultados.
Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos, preferiblemente con Tableau.
Se valora conocimiento de herramientas de manipulación de datos o estadísticos, como Python o R. Somos un equipo repleto de gente feliz y motivada.
