Reporting into the Director of Public Relations, you will be responsible for assisting in creating exceptional guest experiences; ensuring personalized attention to our guests, and driving marketing efforts for all Food and Beverage outlets.
Through strategic thinking and execution, increase awareness and visibility of the outlets and its food and beverage offerings and team, the FB Marketing Coordinator also contributes to driving traffic and revenues.Responsibilities will includeExecutes all key Restaurant and Bar Marketing initiatives as defined belowPreserves brand and concept integrity in all elements of the marketing processImplement innovative programs and campaigns that increase awareness of RB, its offerings and dynamic teamSupport in RB's digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all available digital and electronic marketing platforms from planning to implementation and reporting.Actively manages Four Seasons proprietary RB websites, ensuring alignment with the RB's positioning and business objectives and creative storytellingEnsure up-to-date information on partner and third-party websitesOversees the restaurants' databases, always striving to increase subscribers whilst remaining compliant with privacy laws, Four Seasons Privacy Policy as well as established internal policies and protocols for the creation and maintenance of "local mailing lists" and the use of Four Seasons' platforms for marketing and promotional emailsOversees RB social media channels together with FB PR agency, from content creation, daily channel management and reportingCurating and creating relevant and engaging content, telling a story consistent with the outlets and Four Seasons while increasing following and engagementLeverage social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, elevating the importance of search as well as strategic and creative communicationIllustrate the power and resulting impact of a strategic social presence through effective monitoring and evaluation toolsCoordinate social media influencer visits together with FB PR agency and utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated ContentMonitor social media conversations relevant to industry, luxury, local, and International marketsWork closely with Restaurant GM, Executive Restaurant Chef and Beverage Manager Bar Manager to identify and produce social media content opportunities and have presence at relative RB eventsCoordinate any promotional menus with the Executive Chef and Restaurant General Manager as well as beverage menus with Beverage ManagerProject manage each collateral item, including the negotiation of costs, a production timeline and the editing of each draft, and ensure final artwork is signed off by all required signees, prior to distributionCoordination of FB and RB participation in corporate global campaignsIn partnership with PRD, coordinates and oversees any RB related photo- and video shoots to ensure all RB visual assets are in line with the FS brand standardsMaintains Hotel's image library and video banks with related RB content, and obtain all signed usage rights as neededPlans, prepares and executes all seasonal FB PR activations according to the promotional calendar.Maintains positive client and media relationsPlays a key role in reputation management, acting as a strategic communications advisor to management by keeping track of public attitudes, developing key messages and managing potential issues and organize responsesAttend internal meetings for RB and will be actively involved in maintaining communication and promotional calendarsMaintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departmentsYou will work closely with the Marketing/PR team to control all outlet level marketing tools such as website, all social media platforms, TMS, etc., and function as the bridge between Hotel and the defined PR agencies.
You will support the FB team in driving events and create exposure to our restaurants, develop partnerships with other restaurants in the city and establish sponsorship opportunities.Our Ideal FB Marketing Coordinator candidate will have:Our ideal FB Marketing Coordinator candidate will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.You should have :Previous experience in Marketing within the hotel industry, and particularly within bars and restaurants.Passion for PR and bring experience in Food and Beverage, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage venues with a special drive to create memorable experiences for our guests.Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal (coaching, coordinating) skills, required to support a diverse team of employees, consultants and agencies on a daily basis.Be able to achieve under pressure - multiple tasks and time constraints.Excellent project management skills - able to conceive and implement projects from start to finish, manage processes and expectations, and build commitment to deadlines, both individually or in a matrix structure with multiple managers and indirect stakeholders.Pro-active and inquisitive mind set to develop problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking skills.Understands RB marketplace; well-informed of market trends and user behaviors, including leading marketing strategies unique to this category and evaluating the competition's marketing communications activities and implements change as dictated by market requirementsWell-organized, able to set priorities and have an eye for details.Is an ambassador of the Restaurant and Bar at all times, both inside and out into the communityExcellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind setPhotography skills and an eye for aestheticMedia relations experienceDemonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media applicationsKnowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateralComputer savvy with Microsoft Office and various design programs including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignYou must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of; the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
