Act as the primary HR contact for employees at TCR HQ, addressing queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.2. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction, identify concerns, and implement action plans to enhance employee engagement.HR Strategy and SupportCollaborate with the HR Director to implement and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.Support the recruitment process managed by the COE Talent Acquisition team by being involved in the shortlisting and interviewing process.Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.Talent DevelopmentAssist in the development and implementation of employee development programs, including training, career development, and succession planning.Participate in group-wide projects such as employee opinion surveys and employer branding initiatives.Provide support to the C&B lead in the design, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits projects.Address C&B-related queries and ensure adherence to internal frameworks and local regulations.Contribute to benchmarking exercises and other initiatives aimed at maintaining a competitive reward structure.HR Administration1. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, salary details, and employment history, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date for payroll processing and other administrative functions.2. Support payroll accuracy and compliance in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits specialist.Compliance and Best Practices1. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.2. Support the HR Director in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.We are looking for an individual whoCan work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Has experience in a generalist HR role.Is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a pragmatic approach, and a lot of common sense.Has strong communication skills, native in Dutch or French and able to work in English.
