Position Overview: CloudBlue is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in EMEA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating high-quality and high-value business relationships within our target customer segments. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging prospective clients, leveraging language skills, SaaS and Enterprise Sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients within the ideal customer profile set in EMEA.Develop and maintain strong business relationships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, presales, account executives, and senior management to coordinate sales initiatives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey.Represent CloudBlue at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.Requirements: Fluent in German and English (additional languages considered a bonus).Proven experience in SaaS and Enterprise Sales, preferably in the technology or cloud industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in matrix organizations.Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.Advanced understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and proficiency in leveraging CRM tools for sales pipeline management and reporting.Familiarity with GTM (Go-To-Market) software such as DemandBase and ZoomInfo for prospecting, lead generation, and account-based marketing initiatives.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
