Job Description:

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients within the ideal customer profile set in EMEA.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, presales, account executives, and senior management to coordinate sales initiatives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
  • Represent CloudBlue at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages considered a bonus).
  • Proven experience in SaaS and Enterprise Sales, preferably in the technology or cloud industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in matrix organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and proficiency in leveraging CRM tools for sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with GTM (Go-ToMarket) software such as DemandBase and ZoomInfo for prospecting, lead generation, and accountbased marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fastpaced environment.
