Bit Genoma es una empresa especializada en el desarrollo de proyectos de Internet de las Cosas (IoT) en el sector industrial.
Nuestro equipo altamente cualificado de programadores trabaja en una variedad de tecnologías para desarrollar proyectos para empresas fabricantes de maquinaria inteligente, sector servicios y empresas relacionadas con la Industria 4.0.
Nos enfocamos en desplegar arquitecturas en la nube, servidores, bases de datos, sistemas de captura de datos automatizados, y desarrollo de aplicaciones web y móvil, incluyendo paneles de control de indicadores para mejorar el mantenimiento predictivo de los equipos de nuestros clientes.
Estamos buscando una persona para el puesto de Business Development / Key Account Manager , con mentalidad joven y dinámica, capaz de interactuar con clientes y potenciar su capacidad de desarrollo de negocio.
Esta persona se encargará de la estrategia de captación de leads, la gestión de estos, evaluación del potencial de conversión y seguimiento de los clientes.
Principales funciones: Crear, adaptar y ejecutar un plan de marketing de acuerdo a los objetivos de negocio.
Desarrollar el embudo de ventas y marketing para el mercado objetivo y productos clave.
Trabajar específicamente en Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing y Marketing Automation.
Generar conciencia, contenidos y leads en los canales objetivo.
Crear campañas de marketing digital (Google Ads, LinkedIn, contenido y sitio web, medios de comunicación específicos de la industria).
Mejorar el sitio web de la empresa.
Coordinar y publicar contenido.
Seguir con leads y prospectos hasta llegar a las ventas.
Algunas funciones pueden ser subcontratadas a freelancers o agencias.
Experiencia requerida: Imprescindible experiencia en marketing digital, campañas de generación de leads (idealmente en ambiente B2B: Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Imprescindible experiencia en desarrollo de clientes B2B.
Fondo técnico / tecnológico / de ingeniería es un plus.
Experiencia en empresa de desarrollo de software es un plus.
Catalán y castellano imprescindible.
Entre 25k y 35k anuales brutos.
Desafíos Automatización del flujo de captación de clientes.
Desarrollarse en el sector de la Industria 4.0.
Tratar con CEO's y cargos directivos de empresas del territorio.
Empatía y capacidad de tratar con clientes.
Conocimientos de marketing online (LinkedIn, Adwords).
