Job Description: About the job

As a Sales Digital Campaign Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through outbound campaigns.

You will help businesses collaborate better, innovate, and move quickly. As part of the Sales Development team, you will be the first point of contact for businesses, engaging them proactively to generate enthusiasm, identify their needs, propose solutions, and guide them along the sales process.

You will work towards individual targets within a team focused on expanding our customer base across EMEA. The role involves primarily outbound calls in a phone-based environment.

Requirements
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and achieving targets as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate different business models.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
