.Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist page is loadedGlobal Compensation & Benefits SpecialistApply remote type Hybrid locations Madrid time type Full time posted on Posted 13 Days Ago job requisition id JR0075324 HybridAgency :Havas Media Group SpainJob Description Summary :.Job Description :Mission & Responsibilities- Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.- Designs and develops compensation policies.- Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.- Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration and track the accomplishment .- Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company.- Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization.- Trains line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies.- Job valuations following multiple methodologies.- Defines dashboards and reports to analyse the HR data and extract meaningful insights.Qualifications & LanguagesBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in business English.Specialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable.Previous experience & Industry background- Experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous.- Media agency, Tech company, Data company, Consultancy.Soft skills & Competencies- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel.- E xperience with reporting systems like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- A collaborative team player who takes ownership, embraces challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.#LI-CO1Contract Type :PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
