Estamos buscando:
Senior International Sales Manager – Área Comercial de PortAventura Business & Events/ Convention Centre.
Resumen: Área / Dpto.: Comercial Senior International Sales Manager
Desarrollar y gestionar las acciones comerciales relacionadas con los productos de PortAventura Business & Events y/o Áreas de trabajo que le sean adjudicados por el/la responsable del Área, de acuerdo con el Plan estratégico de Ventas de la Compañía, con la finalidad de conseguir los objetivos de venta establecidos para su Área/Mercados de responsabilidad.
– Planificar estrategias comerciales para sus clientes y desarrollar un plan de acción dirigido a conseguir sus objetivos de venta.
– Desarrollar, gestionar y ejecutar la participación de Business & Events en las acciones comerciales que hayan sido planificadas. Elaboración de informes post-evento.
– Realizar actividades constantes (llamadas, mails, visitas, etc..) para contactar con clientes potenciales de sus mercados prioritarios que ya conocen el producto y buscar nuevos.
– Introducción/mantenimiento de contactos en el CRM.
– Gestionar las peticiones de su área de responsabilidad de acuerdo con las pautas determinadas por el/la responsable del área
– Realizar informes de análisis de resultados del área de responsabilidad
– Aportar conocimientos del sector MICE y contactos potenciales (cartera de clientes)
– Controlar el cumplimiento del presupuesto adjudicado a su área de responsabilidad. Gestionar la optimización de recursos según el plan de acción previamente establecido.
– Control y seguimiento de los pagos de clientes, según el contrato preestablecido.
Requisitos mínimos – Grado en Turismo, empresariales o similares.
– Español, catalán e inglés altos imprescindible (competencia profesional completa).
– Conocimientos del sector turístico MICE y gestión comercial.
– Conocimientos de informática a nivel de usuario.
– Aportar una experiencia de 4 años en el sector comercial MICE. Imprescindible experiencia internacional en desarrollo de funciones comerciales en el sector de eventos.
Requisitos valorables – Valorable conocimientos de PortAventura como producto.
– Valorable conocimientos UNGERBOECK/MOMENTUS.
– Valorable conocimiento de otros idiomas (francés, alemán, italiano…).
– Valorable aportación de cartera de Clientes.
