This position is a great opportunity to get involved with a dynamic and young work environment with true career opportunities.Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Success Specialist will be:Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands, enhancing customer experience by providing special offers.Assist with additional back-office tasks daily when required.Follow all processes and procedures of the project, including making correct needs analysis and providing relevant offers in every call where allowed.Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.Skills, Qualifications, and Interests you will need to succeed in this role:Danish native speaker.Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration is a plus.Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.Willingness to learn the sales part of the role; candidates should be naturally good at convincing others.What's in it for you?Potential €3600 bonus per year.Working hours: Mon-Thur 9-17:00 & Fridays 9-16:00.Opportunity to be part of a multi-national company and grow within the company.Work within a brand new modern office in Malaga.Your Future Company:This is a great opportunity to onboard with a well-established company that is a market leader in their space, operating within numerous industries such as telecommunications, financial services, e-commerce, and more.
