We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily game operations, including data collection and analysis.Handle customer service issues for players, promptly identifying, reporting, and seeking solutions for game bugs.Develop a deep understanding of our games, then follow up and propose enhancements to improve game success and player satisfaction.Maintain and follow up with game video/image creators regularly.Assist in maintaining daily social media platforms for the game, such as Facebook and Instagram.Requirements:Preferably specialized in some people-centered related bachelor's degree.
Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience are highly preferred.Passionate about the gaming industry, with extensive experience in SLG games preferred.Strong coordination and communication skills, a solid sense of responsibility, innovative mindset, learning ability, and team spirit.Good logical thinking abilities, excellent listening and speaking skills in Spanish and intermediate level of English.Previous work, study, or life experience abroad is highly preferred.Why Join Us?Be part of a leading company in the gaming industry.Work with a dynamic and passionate team.Opportunity for career growth and development.
