Nuestro cliente, un Hotel Boutique de Lujo, se encuentra interesado en sumar a su equipo de Front Desk un/a Recepcionista. Su misión será acompañar y asistir a los huéspedes durante toda su estadía anticipando sus necesidades y excediendo sus expectativas.¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?Realizar el check in y el check out de huéspedes.Emitir reporte diario para ser entregado a todo el personal operativo del hotel.Reservar las actividades y/o excursiones que los huéspedes hubieran contratado, tranfers in/out y la contratación de actividades extras que ellos requieran.Efectuar el control del estado de las suites previo al ingreso de huéspedes y durante la estadía.Controlar el estado de cuenta de los huéspedes.Controlar y contabilizar fondo fijo y caja del día.Generar reportes financieros y de proyección para presentar a la gerencia.Asegurar que todos los estándares de operación cumplan con las Políticas y Procedimientos del hotel.Tomar pedidos de servicios.Otras tareas inherentes al servicio.¿Qué necesitas para poder aplicar?Contar con sólida experiencia en el rol desarrollada en hoteles de lujo.Dominio de Paquete Office y Sistema Arion.Dominio fluido del idioma inglés (excluyente) y del portugués (deseable).Disponibilidad full time (turno noche).Condiciones y Beneficios:Remuneración competitiva.Medicina Prepaga.Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional en un hotel de lujo.Muchos otros beneficios corporativos.Si estás listo/a para cruzar el # Umbral esta es tu oportunidad#J-18808-Ljbffr
