Spec/Qualifications:· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project management/leadership role.· Experience in Arbortext, XMetal, Documentum, Framemaker or similar XML tools is highly desirable.· Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.· Experience in business transformation, with examples of software and technology overhauls.· The ability to strive for optimal results by taking responsibility for timeliness, commitment to task and adherence to performance standards.· The ability to create high added value analysis and presentations, manipulating different data sources· The ability to understand a requirement to assess the scope, implications, added value and set clear expectations,· Open and communicative person, organized and innovative· Leadership skills with experience in managing multicultural teams.· Automotive and/or Publishing industry experience is desirable.· Proven track record of getting things done; able to take ownership; Energetic and passionate· Good written and verbal skills· Flexible. Self-starter. Must be able to manage own time successfully.
