At Exoticca we are looking for people who want to offer their best to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. We are a young, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking for new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.
What do we do? The Growth Team is the main responsible for defining and developing the growth strategy of the company. Identify and develop international geographical expansion opportunities and new growth channels. Explore "grey label" opportunities, resellers partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth strategies by market. We are looking for a Partners Success Specialist who helps the team in coordinating the company's resources to develop new growth levers for the company.
What will you do? Identify Travel Agencies that have registered in Exoticca travel portal, in US & Canada, during the last 3 months. Schedule a call or video call with all travel agencies to ensure that all registered agencies receive at least 1 call or video call within 2 weeks after registration. Provide training to each travel agency on Exoticca Products and Exoticca Agent portal. Increase Activation rate of Travel Agencies above 9%. Refer Travel Agents to B2B reservation team to formalize first booking. Increase Travel Agent satisfaction. Business development experience. Sales experience. Fluency in English. Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.
