Empresa líder multinacional, expertos y con una cartera única de soluciones para la industria naval, de la energía y de almacenamiento de petróleo y gas y de procesos, están buscando un Sales Manager, para sus soluciones de Operaciones y Mantenimiento (O&M) para el sector naval y estacionario:
**Tu nuevo puesto**:
- Buscar clientes potenciales, identificar y perseguir oportunidades para vender soluciones PrimeServ O&M (contratos de operación y mantenimiento).
- Realizar el seguimiento de las oportunidades de venta asociadas con la(s) región(es) geográfica(s), las cuentas clave y los proyectos de ventas y marketing a los que está asignado.
- Trabajar junto con los compañeros del departamento para desarrollar y poner en práctica actividades de marketing destinadas a ampliar el mercado y facilitar el aumento de las ventas de los productos de O&M (Operaciones y mantenimiento).
**Tus Responsabilidades**
- Supervisar las oportunidades de venta de los nuevos proyectos y licitaciones y coordinarse con el director regional de ventas correspondiente para evaluar el potencial de ventas de los productos de Operaciones y mantenimiento.
- Analizar las solicitudes de propuestas de consultas/proyectos, comprender/interpretar los requisitos del cliente, desarrollar y presentar propuestas que respondan a los clientes potenciales de acuerdo con las directrices del departamento, los objetivos de la unidad de negocio y las instrucciones del Jefe de Ventas y Licitaciones de O&M.
- Representar las soluciones de O&M ante el cliente, los consultores y los agentes, y desarrollar relaciones con los responsables de la toma de decisiones y la opinión pública.
- Desarrollar y preparar material de ventas general y específico para cada proyecto, según lo requiera el proyecto en cuestión.
- Especial atención a los proyectos en el mercado centroamericano
**Conocimiento necesario**:
- Conocimientos básicos de O&M (operaciones y mantenimiento) dentro del sector marítimo y/o estacionario.
- Comprensión del sector de generación de eléctrica (motores eléctricos) para el sector Marino y motores de barco de transporte.
- Dominio del inglés alto.
**Experiência**:
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en ventas de bienes de equipo de alto valor añadido/sector de soluciones de generación de energía preferiblemente.
- Comprensión del negocio tanto a nível técnico como comercial
- Excelente comunicación, habilidades sociales interpersonales e interculturales, apariencia y conducta profesional
- Viajar al extranjero en función de las necesidades de la empresa, a veces con poca antelación.
