Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest CRM-Dynamics platform releases, updates, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved customer experiences within the servicing module, utilizing both CRM-Dynamics and .NET capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing CRM systems, with a focus on the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development. Strong knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform capabilities, including customization, workflows, business rules, and integration options. Proficiency in .NET development, including C#, and related frameworks and technologies. Familiar with event driven architecture patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable solutions using both CRM-Dynamics and .NET. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
