Our flagship product, ITACA, enables organizations to audit their AI systems for compliance with ethical standards. As we expand into the US and European markets, we are seeking a part-time Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales efforts and secure key clients in these regions. What will your role look like? As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy aimed at expanding our presence in the US and European markets. Your primary mission will be to drive market entry, secure pilot projects, and convert those into long-term clients for ITACA, our AI audit solution. This role is part-time and will require approximately 10 hours per week, giving you flexibility while playing a crucial role in our growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Market Entry & Expansion: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the US and European markets, identifying industries and companies in need of AI auditing solutions. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients, particularly in sectors like IT, finance, healthcare, and technology. Pilot Program Leadership: Lead efforts to secure pilot projects with key clients, demonstrating ITACA's value and converting pilots into long-term partnerships. Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-potential clients in need of automated bias auditing solutions. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers, clearly communicating the value of ITACA and its impact on AI ethics. Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Eticas AI's goals for client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment between sales strategies, business objectives, and market trends. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales metrics, market opportunities, and client feedback to support business decision-making and strategic planning. What will make you succeed with us? Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer, VP of Sales, or similar sales leadership role in the IT industry, particularly in AI, SaaS, or machine learning. A strong network of contacts in industries deploying AI, such as finance, healthcare, and technology.
