Role Buscamos un Líder de Marketing de Afiliados para nuestra firma que se encargará de diseñar e implementar estrategias de colaboración con proveedores, influencers, clientes y media buyers.
Tu misión será generar leads a través de acuerdos y negociación con Partners y Afiliados preservando la esencia del mensaje de Consultoria.io. Responsabilidades Organizar y liderar eventos colaborativos con Partners. Negociación, seguimiento y control de la implementación de campañas de colaboración basadas en performance (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA) Liderar el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategia de referidos para nuestros clientes (RAF). Diseño e implementación de estrategia de captación de afiliados seleccionando los adecuados tras analizar el mercado. Definición de KPIs. Monitorización, seguimiento y análisis de métricas, para la optimización y mejora de nuestros programas de afiliación (calidad de jugadores, objetivo CPA y ROI). Mantener un entorno de comunicación y fidelización con afiliados y partners estratégicos. Tracking e integración de las campañas en los diferentes sistemas de la compañía y de los clientes. Identificación y resolución de incidencias técnicas. Gestionar y supervisar la liquidación de comisiones a los afiliados. Informar y reportar de la estrategia al CEO. Requisitos Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el diseño, implantación y ejecución de estrategias de Marketing de Afiliación. Habilidades analíticas para control de las campañas y alta orientación a resultados (Lead Generation y Adquisition) Con habilidad comercial y experiencia en gestión de equipos y proveedores. Acostumbrado a trabajar con objetivos y bajo presión Visión estratégica de las cuentas y del negocio Imprescindible ser una persona crítica, organizada, proactiva y dinámica en el planteamiento de acciones. Experiencia con herramientas específicas (NetRefer, MyAffiliates, IncomeAccess,…) Excelentes habilidades comunicativas por escrito en español e inglés (B2 o superior). Esto es lo que hay para ti...
