With pride, we can say that we have been among the best in the recruitment field for 17 years.For one of our clients – a software development and services company delivering end-to-end digital solutions, we are seeking Bulgarian-speaking candidates willing to relocate to Bucharest for the position of Surveillance Specialist with Bulgarian (Bucharest/ Romania) . The company offers one year of covered accommodation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate security devices, systems and monitor devices Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of and proficiency in the operation of video monitor console equipment and camera locations Execute physical inspection of the premises and report violations/incidents Conduct routine online surveillance checks by reviewing existing CCTV footage and participating in team briefs to assess unusual, suspicious, or illegal activity Operate different software tools and platforms such as gaming software, surveillance software, video streaming software, and communication software in an effective and efficient manner to gather information for the protection of company assets Ensure that online gaming activities are conducted in compliance with state laws and regulations by monitoring staff and online players to identify anyone who might be cheating or engaging in other forms of illegal activity Maintain security by monitoring online gaming BO transactions and interactions to identify potential threats to customers or staff members Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bulgarian . Another language is a plus.
