Maintenance Specialist

Job Description: As a Maintenance Specialist at Nutreco, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure equipment is functioning at optimal levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
• Analyze data and metrics to inform maintenance decisions and drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and services

About You:

• You have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a focus on equipment maintenance and repair
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are able to think critically and analytically
• You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
