Job Opportunity: Solar Sales Manager (Barcelona)
We're looking for a hungry Solar Sales Manager to drive our sales in Spain, based in Barcelona. This vital role involves cultivating customer relationships, analyzing market trends to boost sales efforts, and collaborating with marketing and installation teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key RequirementsProven sales experience, preferably high B2C tickets in SpainExceptional communication skills and a knack for forging strong client connections.Demonstrated success in sales strategy and achieving targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Bachelor's in Business, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Your MissionFoster customer connections and generate leads in Costa Brava (Catalunya).Create and sustain ambassador networks for residential solar.Conduct presentations and manage commercial proposals.Shape the Sales department's creation and processes. Ideal CandidatePassionate about our mission and eager to drive the energy revolution.At least 2 years in B2C salesCRM expertise (Pipedrive or equivalent).Highly organized, deal-driven, problem-solver, and goal-focused.Excellent communicator, collaborator, and Spanish native speaker; English proficiency (minimum B1).PerksPermanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.Flexible schedule and early Fridays.Hybrid remote/office work model.30 calendar days annual vacation.Team activities, training opportunities, and gym membership across 450 locations in Barcelona.Join SolarMente and power the future with us
