In Alfa Laval we provide the solutions to help them achieve these challenging targets.In this role, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience, proposing our state-of-the-art heat exchange sustainable solutions to the Commercial Heat Pumps industry, mainly for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and System Builders.This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of Iberica Sales Company and Business Unit central teams.The role requires occasional travel within Spain.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior, making business plans according to the business division strategy and targets.Look for and manage leads from the market to convert them into real business opportunities, growing and securing the projects pipeline.Manage opportunities during the whole sales process, including heat exchangers design, quote preparation and commercial contractual negotiations, maximizing profitability for Alfa Laval.Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs, highlighting the unique selling points, and doing thorough follow up of the projects.Be active in the market and focus on making meetings and interactions with customers focusing on their needs. The cross-selling mindset, understanding and highlighting the value of our products and service offerings are key.Who you areYou are dynamic and proactive person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are skilled in value-based selling, tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs. With a genuine curiosity for business development, you actively seek out new opportunities in the market, leveraging data-driven insights. Possessing a strong digital mindset, you not only focus on product sales but also on creating long-term value for customers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with high levels of energy, passion, and drive, and will be a strong team player.What you knowYou are a motivated and results-oriented Commercial Engineer with, ideally, a strong technical background in heat transfer technology. You hold an Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent and you are fluent in Spanish and English
