Nuestro cliente es una multinacional líder en el sector dermatológico que busca incorporar un/a Customer Care con Italiano bilingüe para sus oficinas en Barcelona.Como Customer Care serás responsable de asegurar la gestión diaria de servicio a clientes y dar soporte en el plan de fidelización de la marca.Responsabilidades:Entrada manual de pedidosModificación de pedidos a petición del delegado de ventasResolución de incidencias en pedidos en los SLA establecidos (producto roto, falta de producto, retrasos en entrega)Envío documentación (facturas y albaranes) a los clientesGestión de devoluciones de clientesGestión de las incidencias en las facturasContabilización de cobros y reclamación de impagados / facturas vencidas. Gestión recobro con empresa aseguradora.Gestión de los puntos de fidelización por formación o asistencia a eventosAyuda en el proceso de alta o acceso a la plataformaResolución de las incidencias en los pedidos de fidelizaciónPerfil deseado:Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Customer Care en sector gran consumo.Castellano e italiano bilingüe.Habilidades comunicativas.Experiencia con SAP o Salesforce.Se ofrece:Oportunidad laboral en multinacional líder en su sector.Buen ambiente de trabajo.TeletrabajoViernes intensivoBarcelona - Jornada completa#J-18808-Ljbffr
