Identify business opportunities by channel amp; customer.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Benchmark and distribute best practices (distribution, in store exhibitions, etc) among TMs, regions, FSM, promoting team motivation and recognitionPrepare and follow up the implementation and tracking of Hill's commercial activities Support Field Base Personnel in developing ad-hoc materials (communications/exhibitions,etc)Regularly monitor competitor activity (promo price, promos) and ensure leanings are passed to the relevant people within the Company.Control and monitor the Vet amp; Pet Customer Development Budget - GTN and ensure a correct implementation of the commercial activities Coordinate and manage the external merchandiser team that visits clinics and pet stores.
With the aim of implementing Hills image and strategy in the clinic according to the brand#39;s standards.Work along a multifunctional team (marketing, logistics, finance), in order to guarantee the execution of every commercial cycle Coordinate and manage POS in stores and clinics.
From forecasting and budgeting to the reception in the warehouses to the implementation in the final customer.Maintain and coordinate the internal sales CRM tool that is use by the field team for daily reporting of visits and surveysRequired qualifications (behaviors amp; skills):Education/ Experience Requirements:- Experience in Marketing or Customer Development - Use of Analytical Tools, Google Sheets.Expected Areas of Skills:- Excellent communications skills, oral amp; written - Spanish language.
