Como Team Manager serás responsable de una sección o departamento de la tienda. Concretamente, serás responsable de la planificación comercial, el manejo de stock, las ventas, garantizar los estándares y procedimientos de la compañía y el impacto visual de los productos.
También te encargarás de asignar tareas a los Retail Assistants diariamente, desarrollar sus habilidades y mantener su motivación y compromiso. Cuando sea necesario darás soporte en el área de cajas, asegurándote de que todos nuestros clientes tienen una experiencia excelente.

Éste es un puesto para guiar equipos, por lo que, además de excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente, serás un líder capaz de construir relaciones profesionales con tus compañeros.
No necesitas experiencia previa en retail para unirte a nosotros, pero esperamos que impulses nuestras ventas y atención al cliente apoyando a tu equipo. Por ello, necesitarás buenas habilidades de comunicación y gran visión comercial.
Al ser una compañía en plena expansión nuestras necesidades se encuentran repartidas por todo el país y buscamos que nuestros equipos conozcan variedad de unidades de negocio con el fin de potenciar su progresión profesional, por lo que un requisito indispensable será que aportes disponibilidad geográfica a nivel nacional.
Si te incorporas a Primark como Team Manager, valoraremos positivamente que hayas completado tus estudios universitarios de ADE, Marketing e Investigación de Mercados, Comercio y Marketing, MBA (o similar) recientemente.
También valoraremos los idiomas que conozcas, incluyendo la lengua de signos. No olvides comentárnoslo, ya que nos ayudará a ofrecerle al cliente un gran servicio.
