- Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial
- Turno de 39 horas semanales de LUNES a VIERNES.

Tareas

**Únete a nuestra familia Transcom como Teleoperador/a de atenciòn al cliente **

Tu trabajo diario consistirá:

- Atención telefónica
- Gestión del correo
- Resolución de incidencias en envíos
- Resolución de dudas.
- Seguimiento de envíos
- Redirigir a otra área o especialista las peticiones puntuales que no puedan ser resueltas por el agente.
- Garantizar la resolución de molestias a los usuarios.

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Para tener éxito en este puesto se necesitas cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

- Italiano Nativo/Bilingüe con Inglés o Español
- Habilidades comunicativas, que te guste hablar y que lo hagas de manera fluida y correcta.
- Uso habitual de las herramientas informáticas.
- Disponibilidad Incorporación inmediata tras la formación.
